Once we have a sketch or idea, I’ll translate it into an accurate CAD design with full measurements, so we can move from concept to a tangible prototype and experience it in the real world.

After finalizing the CAD model, we transition into production by 3D printing the design, transforming it from a digital concept into a functional physical product you can use in the real world.

Now that the design is finalized, it’s time to bring it to life through 3D printing. Whether the application requires strength, flexibility, or resistance to specific conditions, each print is tailored to meet real-world demands.
4. Ship it
With the final product complete, it’s time to deliver. Each item is carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Discover My Design Journey
Hello, my name is Rex. I began my career working at the radiology front desk and as a transporter, where I was first introduced to the clinical environment. Encouraged by supportive colleagues and friends, I pursued a radiology program to further develop my career—an opportunity I am incredibly grateful to have taken.
As I continued to grow in the field, I discovered the cardiac cath lab, EP lab, and structural heart, and it quickly became my passion. I find great fulfillment in the fast-paced, impactful nature of the work, and I genuinely enjoy every moment of being part of that environment.
In addition to my clinical background, I am also a 3D design and printing enthusiast. Through my hands-on experience in the lab, I’ve identified practical challenges with certain equipment. This has inspired me to leverage my 3D printing skills to design and develop innovative, user-focused solutions that improve efficiency and workflow in the clinical setting.

If you work in the Cath Lab, with the Ascist, you know how cheaply made their parts are! Rex fixed that problem, included a cable management arm and sturdy drip tray!
